Solicitation N00421-13-T-0254 is issued an Intent to Sole Source.  The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis for (custom manufactured panel control with indicating lighting, from Control Products Corporation) under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 & FAR Part 13, and  is a Total Set-Aside for small business under the  authority of FAR Part 52.219-6.  The offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.  This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov

Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 1pm April 13, 2017 EST will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Please quote all or none, no alternates or substituted parts.
