Solicitation N00421-18-Q-0594 is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation.  The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis under the authority of FAR 52.211-6 Manufacturer must be RMG Networks, under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.  Offerors must be registered in the SAM.Gov database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.  This maybe accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov

Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 16 Aug 2018 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
