This is a request for quotation (RFQ) on Symantec Endpoint Security Enterprise Hybrid Subscription License with Support.  The RFQ consist of four (4) attachments to this Notice:  1) PRICING TABLE, 2) INSTRUCTIONS & SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS, 3) CONTRACT CLAUSES, AND 4) ADDENDUM TO COMMERCIAL AGREEMENTS.  They provide the complete information for submission of the quotation package in response to the RFQ. Please review and make sure the required documents are included in the package submitted.
