A firm fixed priced order will be awarded to the responsible quoter against the existing BPA in www.esi.mil, that submits a low-price technitically acceptable quote.  Technically acceptable  is defined as submitting a quote for the Symantec product or equivalent and submitting a quote that includes every line item listed. See attached SOW.
