Work included under this project at West Chester University, located in Chester County, Pennsylvania, consists of renovations to the central restrooms on the Ground, 1st, and 2nd Levels of the Sykes Student Union. The restrooms will be fully renovated, in kind, as outline on the drawings. Additionally, upgrades to the Lobby Lighting will take place on the 1st floor. Summary of work is listed in Section 01 10 00. Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete construction at the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional, the University, and the University’s representative. Renovated space will receive new: plumbing fixtures, flooring, ceiling, wall finishes and lighting. No mechanical renovations are required. Restrooms are to match the look of the single use restrooms in the Eco Grounds area on the Ground Floor. Contract Cost Ranges: WC1905 1 Gen.
