Work included under this project consists of the addition of a pergola and bridge to the existing terraces on the front of the Sykes Student Union Building. Project construction will be accomplished by three (3) separate Prime Contractors. Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete construction at the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional, the University and the University's representative.
