This is an IDIQ contract and the basis of award is Lowest Price Techncally Acceptable (LPTA).  For an IDIQ that price is determined by multiplying the minimum order per Ordering Period times the number of Ordering Periods or by quoting a price for each item valid for ALL Ordering Periods.

The Representations required under FAR 52.204-26 shall be completed on the returned, signed solicitation or the proposal shall be considered unacceptable and not considered for an award.

Questions will be accepted through 06/02/2021.  Previous questions will be posted with answers with any contractor specific information removed.
