Amendment 0001 is posted and updates the effective date and extends the bid due date. The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Kansas City District (NWK), has a current and bona fide need for construction services to complete the remaining portion of the unconstructed floodwall from Station 50+75 to 52+31.25 (156 feet) at Swope Park Industrial Area (SPIA) in Kansas City, Missouri. This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside that will result in one firm-fixed-price award. In accordance with FAR Part 36.204, the estimated magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. A site visit is scheduled for 29 August at 9am.
