This is a request for quote for drainage improvements at the SWFSC La Jolla, CA, using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is a total small business set-aside.  The associated NAICS code is 237990. The small business size standard is $39.5M. Performance period shall be completed no later than 120 days after the notice to proceed is provided. In order to receive an award the offeror shall complete the annual representations and certifications electronically in System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.

Quotes are due by March 17, 2020 no later than 4:00 pm MST. No paper copies will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice.
