This project is for public work and is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. All bids must be submitted on the forms furnished by the City of Gresham, mailed or delivered in a sealed envelope plainly marked "SEALED BID for SW TOWLE (120-275) WASTEWATER REIMBURSEMENT DISTRICT" and bearing the name and address of the bidder.
