The purpose of this effort is to install one (1) VTC in Secure room 1B0455 at building 1614 located at Hanscom AFB, MA 01731. It includes purchase equipment, install, and training for one (1) new video teleconferencing unit in one (1) Secure room 1B0455 and purchase equipment, install and provide training for one (1) audiovisual (A/V) system in the one room located at Building 1614, Room 1B0455. The selected Contractor would be responsible for the purchase, install, programming the equipment, and train the end users. Please see attached Statement of Work for full description of effort.
