The City of Suwanee is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) and competitive sealed Request for Bids (RFB) from qualified firm(s) for THIRD PARTY CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION AND MATERIALS TESTING. Work required under the Contract is for Special Inspections associated with Suwanee Town Center on Main Park project located off of Main Street behind the Gwinnett County library. The Special Inspections will consist of materials testing (soil bearing capacity and concrete), review of reinforcing steel placement and steel structural connections.
