NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE
Software Maintenance Renewal Support of Cincom Software support.

  
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract for Software Maintenance Renewal Support of Cincom Software license support. This is an annual fee which includes support for Supra CINCOM software.

 The resulting purchase order will be a sole source award for one base year and five (4) one year options only with PoP of 7/1/19- 6/30/2024.
The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency no later than 11:00 AM EST on 20 May 2019.

                Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the contractor's capabilities and the ability to comply with above requirement. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
