COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION (Support Sofware and Telephone Annual Support for ADC 100 Automation System ) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation/synopsis reference number 2165-8119-0627 is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and incorporates the following with the word “quoter” substituted for “offeror”. Provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18.
