Dimensions should be 12 foot wide with a depth of approximately 7 feet and a maximum height of 10 feet.

2. What size of media is being screened?

A variety of materials may be processed from light aggregate to riprap. Grid should be able to withstand rock sized to about 24". Initial setup should be for a 3" opening with adjustable (removable/movable) bars in 1 inch increments.

3. Are you requesting a removable screen or a fixed screen??

Mesh screen is not required see above for bar requirements.

4. Are you requesting a Square bar v.s round tube? for screen and for support frame.

Square bar is desired.

5. Is this being mounted? Or stand alone?

This is a standalone grizzly.

6. Paint or finish required?

Paint is required.

Other Notes:
The grizzly shall also be of the self cleaning type capable of having alternate bars lifted using the loader bucket.

The grizzly should be boxed in to the height of the lower edge of the grid to maintain separation of materials.
