Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune intends to award based on brand name for annual supply of Centurion Ultravit Anterior Vitrectomy probes (product number 8065752134) and Centurion Active FMS, 0.9mm Ultra ABS (product number 8065752201) for a Phacoemulsification system. No other brand can satisfy agency requirements. The estimated time of delivery will be 45 days after receipt of order. This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with: Federal Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000. Interested parties may identify their interests and capabilities by responding to this requirement by the due date listed on this notice.
Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No reimbursement for any cost connected with providing capability information will be provided.
