Description: The purpose of this contract is to secure a complete set of services for plantation maintenance on the Hat Creek Ranger District. The primary tasks involve sawtimber and biomass removal, mastication of ground vegetation (not trees) after mechanically thinning the plantation, Pre/during and post haul road maintenance.

Location: Sunshine Planation (420.2 acres) lies in Manzanita Chutes approximately 28 air miles SW of Fall River Mills, CA in: T31N, R3E, Sections 3, 4, 12, 13; T32N, R3E, Section 33 and 34, MDM.

Contract Time: It is estimated that work will begin September 25, 2017. Actual date is negotiable based upon actual award date, prospective work and weather conditions.
Actual start and end dates may be negotiated based upon actual award date, prospective work and weather conditions.

Response Location: Offers will be accepted at the Northern California Acquisition Service Area, Redding Office, located within the Shasta-Trinity National Forest Headquarters at 3644 Avtech Parkway, Redding, CA 96002 NO LATER than the date and time indicated on the solicitation.
