The City of Holly Hill, Florida, is requesting proposals from experienced marine contractor(s) to replace an approximately 330 foot section of concrete bulkhead with a vinyl sheetpile bulkhead with integral concrete cap and concrete batter piles. The installation of the new bulkhead will be constructed immediately waterward of the existing bulkhead. Removal of the existing bulkhead cap will be required to facilitate the construction of the new cap.
