The work to be performed includes earthwork and grading, constructing and/or installing, a decorative CMU seat wall, City standard block wall, decorative concrete, prefabricated bollards, boulders, concrete pedestal, City standard sidewalk, irrigation, trees, electrical conduit, and pull boxes. The actual construction start date shall be on Monday, April 4th, 2016.The Contractor shall be fully aware of this start date and bid accordingly.
