Mass excavation and grading for new infrastructure. Sheet grading for future vertical development areas that are within Phase 1A-1 & 1A-2. Install all new underground utilities and construct a joint trench system for dry utilities. Complete all street improvements including the continuation of Sunrise Street, new “A” Street, new Center Street, and temporary Sunrise connection to Santos Street. Complete all infrastructure required for Stormwater Management. Complete all landscape and irrigation within Public Improvements. Hydro seed graded areas outside Public Improvements.
