The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to the Hispanic Association of College and Universities (HACU) to provide IRS with three (3) Summer Interns from HACU. The contract line item numbers (CLIN) as follows: The contractor shall provide three (3) interns for HACU Summer Internship Program. The procurement is an unrestricted set aside, NAICS code is 541412, and the small business standard is $6M. All responsible sources who can provide the above requirement shall submit written quotations vial email to [email protected], no later than three (3) calendar days from the posted date of this notice. Offerors submitting quotes shall address the cost associated with internship, description of the services and related costs that are available. Quotes shall include resume of the proposed on site contract/research manager and at least three (3) Federal/State references, Federal Tax ID number and DUNS number. Evaluation and award will be based on the quality and quantity of services presently offered and fixed price for internship programs. All price quotations must include quantity, unit price, total price, FOB point, a contact person (name and telephone number); GSA number if applicable, delivery time, business size, payment terms, and DUN number. All Treasury contractors are required to be register in The System for Award Management (SAM) (was know as Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to receipt of award. No written solicitation will be issued for this requirement; therefore, such requests will be considered non-responsive. If no responses are received, an award will be made to the HACU.
