The Sully Community Center project consists of a new one-story, approximately 35,000 square feet facility situated on an approximate five-acre site. Spaces within the community center includes a twin basketball court gymnasium, large dividable multi-purpose rooms, commercial kitchen, administrative offices, meeting spaces, flexible classroom spaces, and a health center. The exterior design of the facility incorporates a combination of brick and metal panel design. The structure will have a combination of steep sloped roof profiles and low sloped roofs at the gymnasium. The site will include required parking and associated site improvements. The project will have a goal of silver certification under the LEEDO Green Building program.
