Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) intends to procure the labor, supervision, miscellaneous materials, tools, and equipment for performing modifications to the DISTRICT’S Creighton 115kV substation located near Creighton, Nebraska. The work includes installing oil containment pits, setting stands and equipment, bus, cable work, conduit, and spreading rock.
