The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Aerial Targets Program Office (PMA-208) Patuxent River, MD intends to enter into sole source negotiations and subsequently award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-22-G-0004 with Kratos Unmanned Aerial Systems, Inc. (KUAS), Sacramento, CA. The anticipated delivery order is for the procurement of parts associated with the BQM-177A Subsonic Aerial Target (SSAT). Contract award is anticipated for the first quarter fiscal year 2023 and the anticipated Delivery order will be for 25 months after contract award. The BQM-177A is a subsonic, recoverable, aerial target system that emulates Anti-Ship Cruise Missile (ASCM) and Surface-to-Air Missile (SAM) in support of weapons system test and evaluation and Fleet training.
