Subscription to Ag Perspectives wire/consulting service The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) intends to make a sole source award to World Perspectives, Inc. for a subscription to “Ag Perspectives” wire/consulting service on behalf of the Office of the Deputy Administrator. “Ag Perspectives” provides information on cash and futures market trends, government policies and programs, international economic and political activity, and weather. This service targets developments that have immediate impact or affect long-term trends. If no responses are received within three (3) calendar days of publication of this notice, the Government will issue a purchase order. Firms who believe they can meet these requirements should provide cost and technical information that will enable the Contracting Officer to determine if competitive action is appropriate.
