The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Pro Quest LLC, 789 East Eisenhower Parkway, PO Box 1346, Ann Arbor, MI 48106 for one enterprise ABI Global Package and PQ Science Journals for one year with an option for an additional year period.  The ABI Global Package including the Wall Street Journal includes in-depth coverage for over 3,040 publications, with more than 2,060 available in full text.  It provides business and financial information for researchers at all levels.  If your company can provide the same subscription as specified above, please provide information that documents your ability by June 4, 2010.  All responses may be emailed to the contracting officer at [email protected].
