The Office of Naval Research (ONR) is interested in receiving proposals that address the nanoelectronics fabrication challenge at or below 10nm spatial resolution. The ONR nanometer scale electron devices and sensors (nanoelectronics for short) is a Discovery and Invention (D&I) program driven by the future needs of naval systems that require light weight, low power and high performance electronic components. The program is designed to address technical challenges in three different areasllevels: device and circuits level challenges, architectural challenges and fabrication challenges.
