Sturdevant from Central Park to Hayes and Hayes from Division to Sturdevant Reconstruction. The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for PCC road reconstruction and HMA milling and overlay, including but not limited to: removal of existing pavement, excavation, subgrade preparation, construction survey, staking, HMA pavement, PCC pavement, PCC curb and gutter, backfill, and seeding.
