The Shenandoah Valley Soil and Water Conservation District (SVSWCD) is requesting proposals for a “Watershed Study” to determine the effects of two Lower North River dams on mitigation of stormwater runoff downstream of the dams. The study will be done by modeling selected storms and associated runoff with and without the dams being present. SVSWCD invites all interested parties to submit a written proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP).
