This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the contractor to provide NOAA National Marine Fisheries a pilot study to evaluate Steller Sea Lion mortality in Groundfish fisheries in Russian waters of the Far Western Bering Sea per the attached statement of work (SOW) in the request for quotes RFQ NMFS AKR-11-0607G prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13. This procurement is subject to full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541620.

NOAA NMFS Alaska Regional Acquisition Division, requires that all contractors doing business with this Acquisition Office be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) as of October 1, 2003.
