DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED WORK
Replace the exterior stucco at the Federal Courthouse Building located at 100 North Church St, Las Cruces, New Mexico. This requirement will consist of a base bid and Option 1.
PRE PROPOSAL CONFERENCE
A Pre Proposal Conference is scheduled as follows:

Contractor need to verify all existing conditions at the job site prior to bidding on project. Failure to do so will not relieve contractor of his/her responsibility to properly estimate the cost of this project. This is the only opportunity contractors will get to visit the site to conduct a walkthrough and ask questions. GSA will not have anyone available to accompany contractor or their representative (sub- contractors) after the scheduled pre proposal conference.
METHOD OF AWARD
The Government will award a contract resulting from this Solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the Solicitation will be the best value to the Government. The "best value trade-off process" will be utilized in this procurement for the evaluation of offers and the selection of the successful offeror to receive the award.
All Offerors must comply with the proposal format listed in the solicitation. Additionally, all Offerors must be registered in SAM for NAICS 238140.
BONDING
A bid bond shall be 20 percent of the bid price or $3,000,000, whichever is less.

In order to be considered for award proposals must be received by 4:00 pm CST on Friday, June 28, 2019.

THIS IS A SYNOPSIS NOTICE ONLY
The General Services Administration is seeking sources for the demolition, removal, and complete replacement of exterior stucco veneer at the Federal Courthouse Building in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
In accordance with FAR 36.206, disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects, the construction cost of magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Work to be performed under the contemplated contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238140 with a size standard of $15 Million. All offerors are advised that this project may be revised or canceled at any time during the sources sought, synopsis, solicitation, selection, evaluation, negotiation, and final award.
THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET ASIDE FOR AWARD TO TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS FIRMS. OFFERS FROM OTHER BUSINESSES INCLUDING LARGE BUSINESSES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
