The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract for resources and staff training for a unified Structured Literacy approach to teach foundational reading skills in Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS). These resources and training will be integrated into the MCPS Multi-Tiered System of Support to augment the teaching of foundational reading skills. The goal of these resources and training are to allow staff to coordinate support for students with characteristics of or formally identified with Dyslexia and/or Dysgraphia. The award may be made to one or more vendors if it is in the best interest of MCPS.
