HOUSING AUTHORITY OF CLACKAMAS COUNTY STRUCTURAL SPECIAL INSPECTIONS - HILLSIDE MANOR MILWAUKIE, OREGON Submittals due by 12:00 PM, Thursday March 13th 2020 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Housing Authority of Clackamas County (HACC) requests proposals from professional consultants to provide struc tural special inspections for the rehabilita tion of Hillside Manor. Hillside Manor is a nine- story 100 unit tower in Milwaukie, Oregon. The project's General Contractor is Walsh Construction and the Architect is Scott Edward's Architecture (SEA). SEA has sub-contracted with ABHT for structural engi neering services and PBS Engineering and Environmental Inc. for geotechnical engi neering. Notice to Proceed is expected in late April. Hillside Manor includes converting the existing 100 public housing units to Project Based Vouchers through a combi nation of Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) and Section 18, recapitalization of the existing building located in Milwaukie, Oregon. The property provides housing to seniors and disabled residents and is currently operated by the Housing Authority of Clackamas County.
