The New York Air National Guard intends to host a Strong Bonds "Got Your Back" Event for approximately 50 individuals.  The event needs to be within a 200 mile radius of Syracuse, NY.  The meeting and dining space needs to be co-located with lodging.

This event is a combined effort of 3 individual military units, however, the Government intends to issue one contract.  Each line item on the attached solicitation provides interested vendors a place to quote pricing for each unit's lodging, meals, meeting space, AV equipment, etc.

The Government will only pay for the rooms & meails utilized.  While the number of rooms required is not expected be altered, a change in mission requirements may prohibit the attendance of one or more individuals.  A final attendance count will be provided no less than 72 hours in advance of the beginning of the event.
