This Sources Sought (SS) is in support of Market Research being conducted by the Connecticut Air National Guard to identify the potential for set-asides. This is not a Request for Proposal (or solicitation) or an indication that a contractual commitment will exist for this requirement. The government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market research. No funds are available to fund the information solicited.

The 103d Wing, is requesting information, pursuant to FAR PART 10, in support of Market Research to identify potential sources for the leasing of conference space for September 21-23, 2018 in and around Connecticut.

Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform venue support as defined in the attached description of requirement. The listed meal quantities are estimates. The Government shall provide final headcounts for meals to the Contractor no later than one week prior to the event.

The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 721110, which has a corresponding Size Standard of $32.5M. The Government is interested in Small Businesses.
