This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The 177th Fighter Wing is scheduling a Strong Bonds Event 14-16 September 2018. The meeting location should be within a 50-mile radius from the home base located at 400 Langley Road, Egg Harbor Twp., NJ 08234.

Contractor shall furnish lodging, meals, meeting space, and audio visual equipment necessary to hold the event as per attached Statement of Work (SOW). Please provide your proposal with the following breakdown:

This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 721110-Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels- ($32.5M).
