This is a pre-solicitation notice that the USAID Regional Contracting Office Kosovo (RCO) anticipates issuance of Request for Proposal (RFP) for support of Strengthening Judicial System activity in Serbia. USAID/Kosovo/RCO intends to release the RFP on or around July 20, 2016 which will result in one Cost plus Award Fee contract.

The magnitude of this project is estimated to be between $8,000,000.00 and $14,000,000.00.

The solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation will be available through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) (www.fedbizopps.gov) website.
