The construction involves demolition, relocation and adjustment of various existing improvements, and reconstruction of the west side of Clovis Avenue, between 7th Street and Bullard Avenue, inclusive of asphalt concrete, concrete sidewalks, walks, drive approach, curbs, gutters, curb ramp, and pads, striping, signage, decorative posts and street lights, landscaping, and irrigation systems, and all other details as described in the Contract Documents. Bids must be filed with the City Clerk at the Clovis Civic Center prior to 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 8, 2019 (See Addendum No. 1), at which time the City Clerk will open said bids. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and marked: "Bid Proposal: Streetscape SWC Clovis/Bullard"
