The project involves demolition, relocation and adjustment of various existing improvements, and reconstruction of the west side of Clovis Avenue, between 7th Street and Bullard Avenue, inclusive of asphalt concrete, concrete sidewalks, walks, drive approach, curbs, gutters, curb ramp, and pads, striping, signage, decorative posts and street lights, landscaping, and irrigation systems. Bids must be filed with the City Clerk at the Clovis Civic Center prior to 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 23, 2017, at which time the City Clerk will open said bids.
