The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for street pavement in Minot, ND. The project will include removing existing bituminous (approximately 1200 SY) and constructing a hot bituminous pavement surface over an existing aggregate base (approximately 4450 SY). The bituminous pavement shall be 2" thick and constructed in one lift.
This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The estimated price is between $100,000 and $250,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237310 with a small business size standard of $33.5 million.
