The U.S. Army Communications-Electronic Research, Development and Engineering Center (CERDEC) and associated science and technology (S&T) partners are releasing this RFI to solicit subject matter expertise from government partners, industry, and academia to identify candidate payloads to support this experimentation. Payloads may provide one or more of these functions: Command and Control (C2) communications (enable ground to payload link), non-optical based Intelligence Surveillance & Reconnaissance (ISR), Electronic Support (ES), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Cyber and Electronic Attack (EA).
