Overview : Dear Sir/Madam The UNOSSC will engage a Strategic Planning Consultant to support the development of a new Strategic Framework (2022-2025). The consultant will work under direct supervision and guidance of the UNOSSC Director a.i, and in close collaboration with UNOSSC teams. He/she will closely work with UNOSSC Result Management Specialist on M&E aspects (eg. theory of change, result framework).
