This electronic announcement constitutes the only the pre-solicitation notice being issued; a written solicitation will be issued on or around 29 August 2017. Proposals will be due approximately 30 days after the solicitation is posted, with a proposed solicitation number of FA4600-17-Q-0036.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 711510, and the small business size standard is $7.5M. Product Service Code is G099. This requirement will be set-aside 100% for small business. The Government intends to issue a contract to purchase sculptures that includes design, fabrication, delivery and participate in the placement of the multiple sculptures, to be delivered within 180 days of contract award. All services shall be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the solicitation, which shall be made available on the Internet at the Government Point of Entry (GPE) website, which is at the following address: https://www.fbo.gov. Please reference solicitation number FA4600-17-Q-0036 on all correspondence. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date.
