This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  This solicitation will be open for less than 30 days, in accordance with FAR 5.203(b).  The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is N66604-17-Q-3908.

This requirement being solicited Unrestricted, sole source procurement, as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334118.  The Small Business Size Standard is 1,000 employees.

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to purchase the following on a Firm Fixed basis:  

ADC = After Date of Contract

Required Delivery is 6 weeks after receipt of order (ARO).  Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination to Naval Station Newport, RI., Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) Campus per designated Buildings, Newport, RI 02841.  Payment will be made via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).

This requirement will be awarded on a sole source basis pending receipt of a technically acceptable quote.  In order to be determined technically acceptable, the offeror must provide the brand name specification items required by this solicitation, no substitutions allowed, as specified in the attached Specification listing.  The offeror must be an authorized Stratasys reseller.  The Government will verify reseller status with Stratasys and will make a technical acceptability determination based on information provided by Stratasys.  Full text of incorporated FAR/DFARS clauses and provisions are available at: www.acquisition.gov/far
