The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to seek qualified vendors whom have the capability to manufacture and/or supply all the printer tips and material listed below that are gaurented compatiable with the Stratasys Fortus 900MC 3D Printer. The Goal of this RFI is to access the pricing and availability of these items in the market place.

This RFI is for informational purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any supplies, or for the Government to pay for the information received. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this RFI or any follow up information requested. Consequently, no solicitation is being issued at this time. Therefore, no award will be made as a result of providing this information.

This requirement is all or none, meaning your organization must have the ability to fulfill this RFI in full.

The U.S. Government intends to award one firm fixed-price contract for this item if the company is responsive and responsible with its quote.

Responses shall included pricing inclusive of shipping costs.

Responses should include documentation showing the the part matches the parts and material listed above.

This is an RFI but for convience responses can be in the form of a quote that remains valid for at least 60 days.

Responses shall include the companys cage code, address, and a point of contacts name, email address and phone number.

The signature on this document should be the signature of:

A Corporate Officer (President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary); or

An individual authorized in writing by a Corporate Officer to bind the company to a legal document.

Responses shall include pricing broken down per items cost, delivery cost and a total price.

All organizations providing a response must be registered in the System of Award Management (SAM) searchable by the cage code provided.
