This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

Solicitation No. W15QKN-19-Q-0075 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-61. This requirement has been limited to a Stratasys Brand F370 3D Printer under the authority, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, brand name.  A corresponding redacted Limiting Competition Justification has been attached to this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation.

The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC-NJ), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to award one (1) firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order, on a competitive basis, for a Stratasys F370 3D Printer in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).  The receiving office will be trading in a Stratasys Dimension SST1200es, Serial # P11927 in working condition for trade-in consideration.  Contractor will be responsible for removing the Stratasys Dimension at time of F370 installation.  Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror in accordance with the evaluation criteria in Sections L and M of the Solicitation.
