This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source contract under statutory authority 41 U.S.C. 1903 set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) (A), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The NAVSUP FLCN intends to solicit and award a sole source contract for supplies related to StraPack Strapping Machines to Interpack Systems, Inc. 5215 Simpson Ferry Road Mechanicsburg PA 17050. A sole source justification has been repaired and approved by the Small Business Professional; however the justification is not required to be posted.
