DRILL (complete book) 3 (3/8") round holes, 2-3/4" center to center; centered on left 8-1/2" side; center of holes 3/8” from left edge of sheet without loss of information.

DELIVERY with traceable means to 4 destinations. Shipping costs need to be included in the bid price.
