Army Contracting Command-Warren (ACC-WRN) intends to award a sole source firm- fixed-price modification for 20,065 additional days of storage and care for up to 81 Bridge Erection Boats (BEBs). The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government solicited and negotiated with only one source Birdon America Inc. located at 4965 Kingston Street, Denver, Colorado 80239-2516. This action is supported by the authority of FAR 6.302-1 "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Service will Satisfy Agency Requirements." The award will be released on or about November 17, 2017. Contractors should not contact the Buyer for a copy of the award.
