City of League City REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) RFP #20-HR-010 Stop Loss Reinsurance The City of League City is now accepting sealed proposals for Stop Loss Reinsurance for the City’s self-funded Medical and Prescription Health Plans. Sealed proposals must be received by 2:00 p.m., CST, Wednesday July 1, 2020. (The clock located at the receptionist desk in the lobby of City Hall will be the official time.) Proposals received after this deadline will not be opened and will be considered void and unacceptable. Proposals will be publicly opened in a manner that does not reveal their contents immediately following the due date and time at City of League City, City Hall West Conference Room 300 W. Walker Street, League City, TX 77573. The contents of all proposals will remain confidential until after a contract has been awarded by City Council.
